Spencer is still in the hospital. He is doing a little better since he had a blood transfusion last night, but he is still de-satting and turning purple during feedings. The doctors want to order a study to check his reflux. It could take a couple of days. I miss him so much. It was such a cruel tease to have him home for two days and then have to bring him back to the hospital. It would have been easier if he had just stayed there. I just want to curl up and sleep until he can come home again. I'm so tired.

Hang in there, Heather, you are an amazing courageous mom. I'll be praying for you and the boys
Michele
Maybe he missed his brother...
Lucas was discharged home in March after 99 days in the NICU (austin in april after 122 days in NICU) and turned blue on us 3 times(choking from reflux) and I brought him to the ER of the children's hospital in June (after a really bad spell and breathing diffuculty) and he was admitted there....to make a long story short, it is better that he is admitted back to the NICU rather than the childrens floor in the hospital. He is so much safer there (from germs and all) and with the people who know him so well! I hope they figure out what is bothering him! your babies will be home soon! REST! It only gets busier from here!
